These Terms of Use are entered into by and between You and The Winnick Hillel Center for Jewish Life at Syracuse University ("Syracuse Hillel", "we", or "us"). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our website at syracusehillel.org (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site, whether as a guest or a registered user.

By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

The personal information you submit to Syracuse Hillel is governed by our Privacy Policy. To the extent there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.

Syracuse Hillel is not required to use any Submission.

Syracuse Hillel is not responsible for screening or monitoring Submissions but reserves the right to remove any Submission that violates these Terms of Use. Syracuse Hillel will have no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part without our written consent.
