DONATION INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for your donation to Syracuse Hillel! There are multiple ways to give to Hillel, including online, wire transfers, stock transfers, mailed checks, donor advised funds, and retirement funds.

 

As an on-campus partner of Syracuse University, some of our processes are facilitated by the University's Advancement department to streamline donations. Please be sure to designate to 'Hillel at Syracuse University' when using any of the below methods of giving, and reach out to our team if you have any questions!

Donor Advised Fund or Retirement Fund Giving

Syracuse Hillel accepts gifts via donor advised funds and retirement funds through ACH/wire transfers, mailed checks, or online via DAFDirect. If additional information is needed please contact our Director of Operations or call (315)-422-5082 and ask for Heather.

When you initiate a cash wire transfer, please email us with the gift amount and initiation date as these require confirmation prior to the bank's acceptance of the funds.

Stock Transfer

If you are interested in transferring securities, please contact us - we must know the name of the stock and the number of shares prior to transfer to ensure proper identification and recording of the gift.

 

Once we have the necessary information, we can provide you with information for both DTC and Fed Eligible Securities.​​

Please make checks payable to Syracuse Hillel. In the memo, list the gift designation of funds, if any (Ex. Unrestricted Annual Fund, Hanukkah, etc.).
