Full-time students can submit a swipe access request by completing a Swipe Access Request form. Those with swipe access are granted access to Syracuse Hillel 24/7 and are asked to agree to student conduct guidelines prior to receiving access. Students must be sponsored by a Hillel staff member to have swipe access granted. 

If you are a student leader requesting reimbursement for a pre-approved expense, please apply through the form and attach any applicable receipts. All reimbursements will be paid through bill.com via e-payment, and deposited directly into your bank account. If you do not already have an account on bill.com, you will be sent an invitation for account set up.

If you are utilizing a private vehicle as the sole mode of transportation (i.e. carpools, driving in groups) offered to students attending an event, all attendees must fill out the travel waiver.
