LEARNING FELLOWSHIPS

Syracuse Hillel hosts three fellowship opportunities throughout the year. All fellowships offer a stipend for students who attend a predetermined number of sessions. These fellowships are available to Jewish undergraduate students looking to deepen their relationship to their Jewish identity, engage in Jewish learning, and learn more about Israel and Judaism. 

ILF

Israel Learning Fellowship

The Israel Learning Fellowship (ILF) meets weekly and is for students looking to dive deeper into Israeli culture, politics, and history. Students who attend 8 or more sessions will receive a $180 stipend. Students of all class years are welcome. Registration is now closed! For more information, contact Ronen.

JLF

Jewish Learning Fellowship

The Jewish Learning Fellowship (JLF) meets weekly and is for students looking to dive deep into life's big questions and create relationships through Jewish texts. Students who attend 8 or more sessions will receive a $180 stipend. This semester, JLF will have a first-year cohort and a sophomore through senior cohort. Senior Seminar

Jewish Learning Fellowship

Senior Seminar is a JLF 2.0 weekly learning experience for graduating seniors held in the spring semester. Students who attend 8 or more sessions will receive a $180 stipend. Registration for senior seminar has not yet opened for spring 2021.
